​Summer tutoring in La Habra from Study Mentors is a great way for students to catch up and prepare for the school in the fall. At Study Mentors, we offer personalized tutoring – or mentoring, as we like to call it – for all students. While the times have forced us to exclusively offer online tutoring to comply with stay-at-home orders, we are still providing the same exceptional services for our students.

What We Do

Our services are neatly divided into three primary categories:​

• Subject Lessons – we offer a wide variety of subject help including all the classes that students often need help with like calculus, statistics, English, and chemistry.
• Test Prep – tests like the SAT and ACT are often vital in the college admissions process. Our programs and lessons underscore proven strategies while also ensuring that students understand the tests and the concepts they are tackling.
• College Prep Counseling – determining what college to attend can be difficult. We can help students and parents find financial resources, write college essays, and virtually anything else that has to do with the admissions process.

Ultimately, we work with students to pinpoint areas they are struggling with. Beyond helping students complete their work, we will make sure they understand it too. 

​Now Offering Group Tutoring

In addition to offering online private lessons, we are now offering group tutoring as well. We understand that not all students need dedicated help, and some benefit more from working in a crowd. Our goal is to help students in a way they are most comfortable. Moreover, group tutoring may be especially beneficial for students that are working on group projects from the same class.

​One additional bonus: with group tutoring, students share the cost of a lesson with their peers.
