Flexible Scheduling
A consistent schedule is always the most successful. However, we know that everyone has a busy schedule. So, we want to work with you on your time. We will be offering personal scheduling, where you get to choose your schedule. Check back for updates soon. We should have them up by the end of June.
We will pilot a program with Calendly very shortly. If you've used them, you know what to expect. When we have it up and running, we will walk you through the entire process.

We are now offering in-person and online group tutoring for students of all grades. Cost sharing is acceptable and encouraged and all of the following student-to-mentor ratios are possible:

College planning in a vacuum can be a difficult and overwhelming process. Our college planing services can help you and your student determine which tests to take, what colleges to apply to, and how to apply.

Test Preparation
Note: The UC system has suspended the use of SAT and ACT scores in their standard admissions process.
In their place the UC school system will be creating a new test that will likely cover similar material. In any case, we will still offer test prep for the SAT and ACT, as well any new tests.
However, many colleges outside of California still require either SAT or ACT test scores to be submitted alongside college applications. Even those that don't "require" it highly recommend it. We offer comprehensive test prep for all major tests that can help ensure students are well prepared when test day finally comes.

Small Groups Tutoring
Study Mentors is scheduling small groups tutoring for groups of students in the same class at the same school. This qualifies as lesson sharing and can reduce individual cost of lessons significantly.
Small Groups may have a maximum of 4 students.
Cost sharing is dependent upon the number of students in your group and the subject they are working on.
This can be applied to SAT and ACT group study.
