Summer Online Tutoring Gives Students a Chance to Catch Up

Summer online tutoring from Study Mentors in La Habra gives students a number of options for continuing their academics at their own pace. Students of all levels can certainly use this time to brush up – or get a head start – on subjects under the guidance of a qualified mentor before the new school year. We also offer plenty of options for test prep, including online lessons for the SAT, ACT, and new UC tests.

Subject Help

Students that want help with subjects over the summer will be happy to know that we can offer assistance for most classes taught at both public and private schools, including:

• English & literary arts
• Math through calculus (and statistics)
• Social studies (like history, government, and psychology)
• Natural sciences (chemistry, biology, etc.)
• Languages

Test Prep, Including the New UC Tests

At Study Mentors we offer online test prep for most major tests, including the ACT and SAT, as well as the University of California school system’s new tests . While we are still waiting on news as to what will be on the UC’s new tests, the consensus is that the material will still be very similar to the ACT and SAT. As such, we still recommend prep for these tests – plus, students that are planning on attending other schools will still need to submit scores from at least one of these tests.
